Went to Amsterdam with a friend yesterday. Bought a great vintage grandpa cardigan at the Waterlooplein and saw some so called famous Dutch people, when we drank a vodka-tonic, coincidentally directly next to Elite Model Look 2008 at Jimmy Woo. To call a few names; Bastiaan van Schaik (AvantGarde Magazine, HNTM), Victor Reinier (Baantjer), Thijs Willekes (visagist, HNTM), Wibi Soerjadi (pianist) and of course all the Elite models. I took some pictures, but they’re kinda worse quality.

Some guy – OK not ‘some guy’ actually, it was the guestlist of Jimmy Woo himself – thought I worked for the press. Funny. When we walked out the bar someone called “Hey, isn’t she that girl from FashionFillers?”, which was also pretty awkward to hear, as it never happens here in my neighborhood of course. Oh, I love Amsterdam. I love the houses, I love the cosiness of the red light district, and even the homeless are interesting. Make me move. Should I sign up for anti-kraak?

About the pictures (which are from last week): Not mad, just tired. My boss thought the roses on my tights looked like burned frogs.
