Antwerp

Took a little trip to Antwerp last weekend and was thankfully welcomed by a whole lot of sunshine! Complete 360 compared to my last visit that literally could not have been rainier. And since it was a road trip, I did not doubt once about bringing my spacious new Delsey suitcase! After years of overpacking I do finally know how to travel light, but well, since I was bringing a suitcase anyway… Four pairs of shoes and a ton of dresses later my extended weekend in the sun was about to begin – and it sure was a good one. Also noteworthy: never experienced such smooth wheels. The Turenne sure is a keeper.

Dotted days

I’ve always loved a good polkadot and almost none are resistible to me. For some weird reason, polkadots can super easily go all the wrong ways as well, even though it’s such a simple and timeless print. I usually prefer dots that are not exactly spaced out, but a bit random on the fabric, to make sure things will not start looking like a nineteen-fifties costume party. This puffy piece still stole my heart, probably because of the sheerness and subtle sized dots. Also finally got the chance to wear these incredible suede bow shoes by Flattered – so happy to have found a slip-on that actually stays put.

Rosé Sunday

Enjoyed the most wonderful Rosé Sunday at one of my favorite terraces in Amsterdam, Jansz. at the Pulitzer. Perfect wines, perfect bites and the best end-of-day sunlight. Also, finally found a fancy skirt I can actually cycle in!

Koh Phangan

Soooo, I planned to do a big post with all my Thailand faves, from hotels to areas and restaurants, but will share an outfit instead for now. Will start working on the hotspots list as soon as possible! This trip was my third one to Thailand and I seem to fall in love with the country more every time. There’s just something about the people, lifestyle and atmosphere that ticks all the right boxes and cannot be compared to other similar locations. I mean, I love Bali too, but Thailand will ALWAYS be number one to me. Every place is so authentic, from the poor villages in the North up to the always super relaxed islands like Koh Phangan and even a metropole such as Bangkok – it just feels 100% right. These photos were taken on Koh Phangan, my favorite Thai island so far and second visit.
