New York streetstyle isn’t that fab or something one the whole, but some people do catch my attention. When I was there in September last year, I was quite – no, réally – dissappointed cause I expected much more, believe me, almost none New Yorker dresses up. Maybe one at a thousand. Most of you will think Dutch people suck at fashion and New York is streetstyle capital of the world, but it really isn’t like this. But still I soooooo want to move there!
i have the same conflict! ill dress up (like i wish i could here) and go to NYC and feel out of place, which is strange cause its a fashion capital
personally id much rather be from ANYWHERE in euroupe ;)
Yes it’s true. Every one thinks it’s THE fashion capital, but you feel so dissappointed when actually being there.
I tried some stylehunting there, but didn’t found any one actually. But unless that, the city itself is just amazing.
Thanks for the shout out! It actually takes me a good 2-3 hours of walking around the streets to find 1-2 solid outfits. Not easy even here in NYC.
