Dirt cheap looking good

juni 22, 2008

Personally I already thought Cutesygirl and GoJane were selling the cheapest shoes, but thanks to Some Notes On Napkins, I came to the conclusion UrbanOriginal is. The exact same shoes as the other two shops, but even another few dollars lower priced.

Here are my favorites. For the USA shipping is affordable, but international shipping is $29 for the first pair and $11 for each additional pair of shoes. Too bad, but I want them anyway. They accept PayPal!

$12,99 - $15,99 - $15,99

$13,99 - $16,99 (Definitely going for those!) - $21,99 (Yes, the Steve Madden ones I desperately wanted some time ago! OK, a copy of them of course. And they’re sold out in tan.)

$29,99 (Dirt cheap Balenciaga-copies) - $18,99 - $17,99 (So much like the Jil Sander ones I wanted to buy)

$19,99 (GORGEOUS!) - $17,99 (Previous Miu Miu collection, but still cute) - $17,99

Fi-nal-ly

juni 19, 2008

Finally, finally, finally! After wanting these Zara-gladiators so badly for half a year, I finally found them. In a size 38 though. I went from a 40 to a 39, and now I bought a 38, because it was the only size left. I really would have never guessed I’d buy a pair of heels for €79,95 which are even too small, but yeah I did. Can’t stop wearing them either, I believe I wear them almost every day.

You may have noticed them already of course, but I still wanted to post this. These heels make every outfit look sexy and independent.

French Connection does the strappy-thing

Who wouldn’t want these beautiful strappy darlings? I really don’t know. €120,87 at ASOS. Too bad of the price, they’re a bit too expensive for me.

Mango Outlet

juni 14, 2008

Personally I think non-discounted Mango is quite expensive, but the things in their outlet áre affordable. These are my favorites.

€79,90 > €40,95 - €79,90 > €40,95

€69,90 > €25,95 - €79,90 > €30,95

€99,90 > €40,95 (True love! Too bad of the fuschia ribbon though.) - €59,90 > €18,95

Grandma outfit

mei 14, 2008

Yes indeed, this outfit is almost completely from my grandmother. Not grandma-style though, but a grandma outfit. This is Tuesday’s one by the way.

I actually believe this is my cheapest outfit ever. I only had to pay for the shades, €5,90, the vintage earrings, about €2, and the shoe-bow (at bag) which was about €0,10. OK, and the €0,50 bag, haha. So in total about €8,50?

Got this genuine leather bag at a flea market last Monday. My bf didn’t like it, but I did. Well, for €0,50, who wouldn’t?

These flat gladiators originally were my grandma’s, got them last year already, but totally forgot about them. If you’re standing in my place I guess it’s not hard to forget about some shoes, with a collection of 66 pairs.

Summer arrived - New gladiators & top

mei 8, 2008

Since about a week we absolutely have the most beautiful weather in the whole wide world, here in The Netherlands. The temperature’s perfect, no rain, only sun, sun and even more sun. I immediately went shopping last Tuesday, as I had enough money since my birthday of course, and because of the nice weather I also needed some nice summer-y stuff.

This top is one of the things I got at H&M. It’s not white but has a beautiful creme color. I actually wanted to go to the only vintage store I know in this ‘area’ but it was closed. The next best store is H&M, though every one shops there. I bought this wide hippie-ish top, in a size L. It was the only size left, but I guess I would even have picked the L if it also was in my size. It’s just beautiful quality and really floaty, just easy.

The beautiful gold necklace I got from my grandma some time ago, and my World War II bullet. I’m not really able to wear only one necklace I guess, I always ‘need’ two or more when I wear one.

In the morning I also cut off some of my jeans. Old jeans from my mother and a pair Lee’s of my own, which I got about 3 years ago but had never worn.

I already bought the patent gladiator flats about three months ago at eBay, but never had the chance to wear them untill now. Finally.
