A comfortable layered look, as I had a very busy day consisting of lots of writing ahead. Not to mention that my lovely colleagues were in Barcelona and Israel… Nothing easier than having layers to put on and take off! What do you wear on busy days?

We ended the day at work with a little boat ride through the canals of Amsterdam, with a couple of white wines, finally some sun, and salty snacks. Sure made me feel quite a bit better after being a bit ill the entire week!

I’m off to my grandmother’s now for a little family weekend in the South. Probably won’t be doing a lot because I won’t have any access to the internet and it’s raining so probably no possibilities to go for a walk… Which will most likely result in a foodie-weekend consisting of high-calorie meals and homemade cupcakes.

What do you think of my jacket by the way? I’ve been wanting a new black leather jacket for a while, when I thought of the fact I still had one hanging in my closet full of fringes. So I cut 95% of the fringes off! Sounds like a free jacket to me. Thanks to the lovely Anna for taking the pictures.

Burberry Prorsum buckle wedges, $1095 – Alexander Wang silver loafer pumps, $650

Even though these shoes are their complete opposite, I do love them both to death. I would just wish I could wear a classic pump like the Wang heels, but I can’t wear any shoes without straps unfortunately, because my feet are too narrow for all so I constantly slip out every step I take! Who has the same problem?
