Stayed at the Weinmeister, a designhotel in the centre.
Berlin is famous for it’s cheap sushi. All of this costed only €5 and was made fresh in front of me.
The subway system is really easy. Feels nice to just be on your own and wander around.
My favorite store in Berlin: Humana at Frankfurter Tor. Four stories of second-hand and vintage, at prices around €10.
Just spent two amazing days in Berlin… God I still love that city so much! Did everything I wanted to do with little time, but still very relaxed. Quite a bit of shopping, some sushi, walking around and a great launch party by Zalando. Of course these are just a couple of the pictures I took, more in my diary at NSMBL next Wednesday!
You might not now, but I’ve been secretly in search of a great pair of sneakers for about a year now, and have been kinda obsessed with a burgundy pair of New Balance I spotted back in Los Angeles. Unfortunately I still haven’t been able to find them online, but thanks to Zalando I have been able to get my hands on another great pair! I know New Balance is kinda hipster at the moment, though I’ve been seriously loving the brand. From the moment these babies arrived I haven’t been able to take them off, they’re so comfortable! And yes, I’ve also been wearing them with chic dresses…
Tip voor de Dutchies onder ons: Bij Zalando kan je voor meer terecht dan alleen schoenen, ze hebben ook mooie zonnebrillen, veel tassen en een ruim assortiment aan t-shirts!

The snow is shutting the entire country down. Public transport is crazy, combat boots are on my feet again and even with three cardigans on it’s still cold. Pictures taken by Monique van Loon, just outside of our office! Had such a great day today. Received new boots from Nelly, got to pick out gorgeous lingerie by Maidenform, bought some American cake mix for Valentine’s Day and off for drinks & D’Angelo for the second time tonight!
