I’m like sooo inspirationless these days! I actually do have some, but I don’t have the clothes from those inspirations in my wardrobe. I really need to make a large collage to hang on my door or closet, just like Fleurette. So I only need to look for ten seconds and then know what to wear. The only negative part about that is the fact that my room is already stuffed with loads of clothes, shoes and thrifts, so I’ll get even more mess with all kinds of colorful pictures on my door. They wouldn’t do my room any justice.

Actually, I just need to clean up my room. Is that like the easiest way of allowing myself to make a large collage? Probably.

The cardigan and boots are really brown by the way. They look quite dark in this picture. The cardi even looks like black.

Oh, oh, oh: And I got a 9.7 for my English audio & video examination! Only 1 mistake. Yay!

After Jamie Lynn Spears announced several weeks ago she was pregnant, she now wants to marry her boyfriend, at the age of 16. Please…

Again I didn’t know what to wear, so thought of earlier outfits to get at least a bit of inspiration. The ‘what-the-hell-to-wear’-thing really gets me this week.

I threw on a floral dress, and cause it reminded of the tights (Italian, originally €15,95, now €9,57 and called Warhol) I bought last weekend, I threw those on too. Although there’s kind of a miss-match going on here, my dad and bf told me they liked it.

I needed to debate today, for a grade, and got an 8! I wasn’t even nervous or something, I really just forgot the rest of the crowd who were looking and listening (they needed to figure as our jury). And: I got a 4.6 for maths! So I won’t have to re-make my test because my average is high enough. No maths ever again! I hoped for a 3, so the 4.6 made me really happy.

After debating, when we were still sitting in a circle, my TEACHER asked me about my website. Yes indeed: “What the hell?”, I thought. It seemed to be that he listended to a conversation between some gossipping students. So he asked me some things in front of everybody. Gosh, even more gossipping about my fashion sense now, ‘yay’.

Sorry about the low quality, but I already brightened it up a lot actually. I wasn’t at home before dark, so. Cause you can’t see the large roses on the tights, here’s a close-up:

Isn’t this feathered dress by TwelveByTwelve just too beautiful? Perfect for a party/gala. Pricetag: $59. Not too much for such a dress right? At least it looks like a designer one to me.

Don’t they just look amazing? Especially Claudia! Absolutely adore the combination of light pink, black and leopard print. And her blonde hair of course.

I got a subscription to Grazia (Dutch fashion magazine). It was just €50 for 50 weekly issues. I always recieve the monthly magazines like ELLE and Glamour around the same date, check them out and then I have nothing left for the rest of the month, now I have something for every week.

For Americans I think this sounds still much, €50 ($75) for a year’s subscription, but for us it isn’t. I think it’s so unfair: You Americans can get a year subscription to Vogue for only $10! We pay over €100 (about $150) for a Vogue subscription, mostly cause it needs to be imported (but still overpriced). When we buy just one Vogue in a bookstore, it already costs like $10, and you guys get 12 issues for that price!

Though, I am getting this Friis&Company set (bag and clutch), worth €90, for free, but I would rather have a Vogue subscripbtion WITHOUT gift for €50.

Yesterday I found some inspiration for today’s outfit. While searching for fab streetstyle pictures, I often saw white tights, which reminded me of mine. I thought it would be nice to team up with a red dress, but let’s say I don’t have one. I should feel ashame right? About 1,5 year ago the color red became like the ‘it-color’ here, so I was quite bored of everyone around me wearing red which made me not want anything in that color. Now – a special thanks to Miu Miu – I love red again.

So my search (inside of my closet) continued and I finally found something red; my grandpa’s plaid oversized shirt. I teamed it up with my grandma’s oversized cardigan and a waistbelt so I wouldn’t completely look like a homeless chick (both things are REALLY oversized). I know the plaid shirt isn’t totally long enough, but I wasn’t it’s maker right, so can’t do anything about it.

Other students thought my outfit was quite ‘interesting’ again, oh well, they always do. I don’t care, cause I felt great in these clothes! Let’s say freedom y’all! Haha.

Something so sweet happened today. At school, this little girl came to me and told me – a bit silently, but enthousiastic though – she found my website trough Girlscene.nl (you know, from the contest I won) and really liked it. It seemed like she finally ‘dared’ to say this to me or something, cause of the way she acted and cause I’m like a complete stranger to her (and even older too). This is just something small but it really made my day!

I got a grade back by the way: A 5.5 for maths, quite good actually cause I expected a 4 or maybe a 5. And then, a few hours later I needed to catch up on another maths test, but it didn’t went that good… So I’m hoping for a 3! On our Dutch grade-scale of 0 to 10, that’s not quite much really. I didn’t knew anything, exept question 1 and 2, for 2 points of the 30 points in total. Hurray for me…
